How I got here
I was born and raised in Moldova, where I earned a licență in Interior Design from the Free International University of Moldova in 2011.
I've now lived in Ireland for over 14 years. Alongside hands-on work across customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, business support and family business operations, I completed four further qualifications here — Bookkeeping (QQI, 2017), Customer Care (Skillnets, 2019), Business Administration (Career Academy, 2020), and a Certificate in Psychology (NUI Maynooth, 2023).
Translation and interpreting is where all of that comes together — language, attention to detail, and the patience needed to help someone navigate a system that wasn't designed in their first language.
